As our User Acquisition Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize mobile customer acquisition campaigns. You'll work closely with our portfolio of photography games, AI creation tools, and our content marketplace for mobile phone personalization—reaching hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale performance campaigns to drive growth across multiple products.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, optimize creatives, and uncover opportunities for new product types.
- Design and run A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to improve results.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to implement cutting-edge acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, data) to align marketing efforts with product goals and user needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, negotiate favorable terms, and manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Generate comprehensive reports and insights
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition, managing high-budget campaigns for global companies.
- Hands-on campaign management with top marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
- A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges and a genuine passion for continuous growth.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile attribution.
