We seek a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to lead the launch and growth of our sales in content datasets for AI training. In this role, you will leverage a unique value proposition — delivering authentic, custom, and on-demand content datasets to Big Tech companies and AI startups. These datasets will encompass a wide range of mediums types, including images, videos, audio, and 3D.

Responsibilities

⚡️ Identify and target partnerships with companies developing generative AI technologies.
⚡️ Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target AI companies.
⚡️ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, lead negotiations, and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
⚡️ Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility, network, and generate leads.
⚡️ Work cross-functionally with legal, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms, drive special projects, and advocate internally for partners.
⚡️ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
⚡️ Provide reports and analyses of sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
⚡️ Collaborate closely with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of our datasets and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.



Requirements

💪 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
💪 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or data-related products.
💪 Proven understanding of AI, machine learning, and especially the generative AI landscape.
💪 Strong network of contacts within AI development companies.
💪 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
💪 Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
💪 Familiarity with data annotation processes and their importance in AI training.
💪 Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
💪 Exceptional networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
💪 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
