As the User Acquisition Manager, you will focus on helping us build the best in class paid and organic user acquisition program, acquiring users through both organic and paid channels. You will be part of a marketing organization that drives Zedge’s user growth, profitably, and you will be to see the impact of your work on growing our user base.

Responsibilities:

  • Own paid user acquisition channels for mobile and web by executing marketing campaigns across a wide variety of paid channels including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Applovin’, Vungle, Apple Search Ads, and others
  • Seek out, prioritize, test, and scale user acquisition campaigns across various channels with defined budget and ROAS targets
  • Conceptualize new campaign strategies and collaborate with the Design team in the development of all creative assets (including image / video / playables)
  • Analyze data based on various user acquisition attributes and generate daily, weekly and quarterly reports that capture this data
  • Develop and maintain relationships with UA partners
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, product and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of growth marketing experience with consumer facing mobile apps
  • Proven track record of success managing and optimizing multiple UA platforms/campaigns simultaneously (ex. Facebook, Google, etc.) within a defined budget to achieve target ROAS
  • Knowledge of MMPs (ex. AppsFlyer), analytics tools (ex. Redash, Google Data Studio, Excel, Google Sheets) and ASO tools (Appradar) as well as a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in SQL is a plus
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile digital marketing and ASO
  • Self-starter who passionate about their responsibilities and thrives in a remote-first work environment
  • Team player with outstanding communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into easy to understand strategies for cross-functional teams
  • Strong English language skills
  • Budgeting experience
