Zedge seeks an experienced Program Manager to join our fast-paced organization. If you have a gift for thinking outside the box, enjoy solving difficult problems, and working with diverse agile teams, we want your help to keep us moving quickly as we scale our organization. As a natural-born leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. You will work closely with the product management team, UX designers, software development tribes and other groups across our organization to complete initiatives and launch products that require coordinating the efforts of multiple discrete teams. You will institute processes that identify dependencies early, remove roadblocks as they occur, and keep team leads accountable. Furthermore, you should have experience managing multiple complete product development cycles, possess superior analytical abilities and expert product judgment. A successful candidate will have a technical background, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as great project management and communication competencies.
🤟🏼 Strategize, implement, and maintain processes that assist our various dev tribes complete multiple different product initiatives simultaneously
🤟🏼 Monitor requirements and progress of multiple strategic initiatives
🤟🏼 Set and meet realistic delivery dates
🤟🏼 Develop protocols for evaluation and improvement of our dev process
🤟🏼 Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
⚡️ Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
⚡️ Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
⚡️ Work with product managers and guild leads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
⚡️ Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks
💪 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
💪 5+ years in program or project management roles
💪 Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
💪 Working knowledge of mobile app development
💪 Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
💰 Monthly compensation of EUR 4500-5300 gross
